A total of 150 students had particpated in the drawing competition. Final three students were selected.
Jeeva's feature film is selected to be screened at the international women's film festival being organised by government of Kerala at Kozhikode.
Sajil Joseph was selected in the final round of TCS.

Social awareness video with the hashtag, #equality4all, made by second year MA Cinema and Television students to be released by Shyama S Prabha, State Coordinator - Transgender Cell, Social Justice department, Govt. Of Kerala.
An exhibition for art enthusiasts specifically, Graphic Designers, Design Students and different related students and professionals in this event. We are inviting designers from all over Kerala. A happy and proud thing about this exhibition is Kerala's best designer team, KDCO is collaborated with us.
Ms. Niranjana Varma will lead the exhibition and will start the event with live "Kalamezhuthu". It will be a full day process and the exhibition will be after 3.30pm. (Second floor, school of communication. Vivian Nixon's Drawing Exhibition also will be happening side by side. She has drawn a number of images travelling to about 7 locations. She wishes primarily to exhibit it to students and others, in case of any visitors. It does not end there. She will be reproducing number of pictures from the already made collection each day of exhibition following the technique of 'Kalamezhuthu' and each will be erased to make another picture with the same technique one after another.
A Calligraphy workshop is taking place at Udaya Suites, Shankhumukham, Trivandrum on 9th, 10th and 11th of December 2019. The speakers and mentors are directly from the industry. The workshop will be helpful to understand the core content of the course Typography. This will be a great opportunity to meet such ace calligraphers as well as to be exposed to the latest advancements in the field of calligraphy.
As the part of our curriculum, this year our MCJ students are attending IFFK, 24th International film festival of Kerala went to take place from December 6th – 13th (2019) in Trivandrum.
